DREAM Passport (May 5-8):
Purchase your $5 Passport now and have it stamped from participating merchants to qualify for the final raffle prize! Visit all locations and insert your tickets into the Dream Box to participate in the many DREAM Raffles.
- DREAM PROJECTS – Visit the world premier exhibits revealing how creativity from North State students has inspired designers from around the globe
- DREAM WALK - Visit the circuit of locations to enjoy special culinary delightsfrom around the North State
- DREAM HUNT - Search for QR code clues at downtown Chico, CA locations. Piece the clues together and find the hidden treasure that awaits you at the end
- DREAM PRIZES - $1,000’s of dollars in prizes (sports equipment, apparel, food, art, concert tickets, etc. from local businesses). Raffles will be located at select DREAM Project, DREAM Hunt, and DREAM Walk locations – see updated list online and available from May 5th throughout Chico where you see the California Dream Week staff. Winners present at time of drawing receive additional prizes!

Cristina Calva (Orland High, Orland, Glenn County): "A sustainable home”
Interior design of a complete home concept, utilizing discarded storage containers; interpreted by Lorenzo Palmeri (Italy).
Matthew Hutter (Chico Sr. High, Chico, Butte County): "Butterfly Roof Concept Vacation House” An environmentally friendly vacation home that exploits geometrical structure to maximize solar efficiency. Interpreted by Brian Garrett (The Netherlands).
Levi Stanton (Chico Sr. High, Chico, Butte County): "Enhanced Solar Cell Using Carbon Nanotubes and Silicon Nanowires”
A new technology for superior energy production, interpreted by Jose Gonzalez (Mexico).
Lyle Hayden & Giovanni Quezada (Chico Inspire, Chico, Butte County): "Energeco”
Improve on previous energy creating motion devices by limiting bulk and creating a more efficient generator space. Interpreted by Kurt Stapelfeldt (South Africa).
Hemiha Vasanthakumaran (Franklin High School, Elk Grove, Sacramento County): "Clean Energy Transportation”
Conversion of roadways into ready-available photovoltaic power sources. Interpreted byIlaria Marelli (Italy).
Gina Huyhn (Silver Creek High, San Jose, Santa Clara County): "Taste the Tree”
A solar energized green fountain.
Ron Anthony Hurley (El Camino High, South San Francisco, San Francisco County):

A multi-use, self energy producing Theater.
DREAM BENEFIT Concerts (May 6th & 7th):
The Bacon Brothers band, comprised of actor Kevin Bacon and Emmy® Award-winning brother Michael Bacon, will be in Chico, CA for 2 nights performing benefit concerts to support California Dream Week's activities aimed at helping college-bound teens and North State high schools.
